Retailer engagement platforms are not accessible to retailers easily as retailers don't log into web portals or download mobile apps. Trade schemes are not effective due to lack of accessible platforms to share and collect information.

We deployed a Whatsapp chatbot to enrol, engage and reward retailers. Retailers can connect anytime with chatbot to share and seek information.

2. Language Localisation

Chatbot allowed retailers to set their preferred language. The entire conversation
would be in preferred language post language selection.

3. Insightfull Dashboards

Entire Sales team was provided dashboards based on their hierarchyand territories to monitor the program for reach, participation and engagement.
