KSB is one of the world's leading manufacturers of pumps and industrial valves. In India, KSB pumps has a wide distribution network of 4 zonal offices,15 branch offices, over 800 authorised dealers and over 150 authorised service centers.
Challenge
Retailers are a key part of the distribution network as they interface with buyers. Retailers need to be educated and engaged with KSB to recommend products from the brand to buyers. Retailer engagement platforms are not accessible to retailers easily as retailers don't log into web portals or download mobile apps. Trade schemes are not effective due to lack of accessible platforms to share and collect information.
