Introduction
Candyman is a candy and toffee brand from ITC. Candyman is distributed through the large distribution channel of ITC to over 60000+ wholesalers.
Challenge
Candyman runs quarterly trade schemes for its wholesalers. It takes huge manual efforts to create retailer segments, match right content with right segment and then push the communication. The process is prone to manual errors and has limitations on the extent of personalisation of messages.
Solution
We provided a communication platform to Candyman that can accept sales data through excel sheets or Sales CRM, process the data based on suggested rules, match segments with the right messages and then push the notifications through SMS and WhatsApp. The messages can be scheduled for automated push or can be sent with the click of a button. The messages are available to be sent in different regional languages and can have attachments like pdf and/or videos.
